Hills is the ideal location for weddings,
receptions, business conferences, corporate parties and other special
event. Cedars Banquet Room offers an elegant setting with
twenty foot vaulted ceilings, rich wood
walls, a river rock stone fireplace and oversized crystal chandeliers.
The Rose Garden Pavilion is available for outdoor wedding ceremonies or
receptions with a beautifully landscaped patio area and grassy green.

All food and beverage must be purchased through Eagle Hills' catering
department, with the exception of wedding cakes and guest favors.
There is a minimum catering expenditure of $15 per person on Saturdays
and $12 per person every other day.

private bridal dressing room with attached bath, linen chair covers with
choice of colored sash, a wrought iron ceremony archway and flower stands
are available for an additional fee. In Cedars Banquet Room, a
hard wood dance floor and surround sound PA system with microphone are
also available to rent. Audio visual equipment is available for an
additional fee, including LCD projectors, televisions with dvd,
etc.

Payment -
A
$550
non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your
event. Full payment, with the exception of beverages, is required one week prior to
the event. The final bill must be paid in full the day of the
event.
