Dining at Eagle Hills Golf Course

 

 

Eagle Hills is proud to feature the culinary creations of Executive Chef, Ken Adams of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu Program.  Chef Adams offers a varied assortment of gourmet specialties found on our catering menu.  For banquet events Chef Adams is also available for private menu consultations if you would like to create a special menu to best fit your needs or theme.

 

Eagle Hills offers two unique dining rooms.  Cedars Banquet Room is an elegant formal dining room which plays host to our famous Sunday brunch and private wedding & events.  Vaulted ceilings with crystal chandeliers, rich wood paneling, a warm stone fireplace and fine linens provide a cozy and elegant atmosphere for our guests.  Our exceptional banquet staff is a key element in our success and looks forward to ensuring that you enjoy your dining experience.    

 

The Clubhouse Grill is our casual restaurant and snack bar with guest favorites including the Eagle Hills Burger, seven specialty sandwiches, eight different appetizers and more.  Stop by the Clubhouse Grill for drinks and snacks to take with you on the course, a quick bite to eat before the turn, and to relax with great food and drinks after a full day of golf.  

 

Eagle Hills also provides special dining options for tournaments, available on our 19th Hole tournament menu.
