I wanted to start by thanking you,
Christy, for all your insight, detail
and follow up with my mom and I.
It was much appreciated and made us feel
so much more at ease with the planning
process. We changed our minds so
many times and you kept up.
And Chef, YOU KILLED IT! Almost a
month after the wedding and we are still
getting compliments about the food and
the entire presentation in general.
I would (and have) recommend Eagle Hills
and restaurant Eighteen One to anyone.

Jacob and I just wanted to let you know
that we had such an amazing wedding.
Between the initial planning with you,
to the day of, to the wait staff to
everything there was not one thing we
could even come close to complaining
about. Your staff deserves the
upmost respect, not only from Jacob and
I but from our families as well.
Rocky was absolutely amazing and did
everything we needed practically before
we asked. The room was absolutely
beautiful and everything we hoped for.
I really hope you are able to pass this
email along to everyone that helped on
our special day. We couldn't have
been more pleased, and plan to spread
the word that you guys are amazing.
Thank you again, the day couldn't have
been more perfect and it was largely due
to your staff.

Lynn and Kim experienced a beautiful
wedding, a gracious reception with
outstanding food and service. I am
hard pressed to put into words the
attentiveness and service extended to
all our family and guests. Many
"kudos" and much appreciation! -

We want to thank you for making our
daughter's wedding so beautiful.
You did an excellent job putting it
together even when the weather wasn't
going to cooperate. You have a
beautiful space to have weddings.

I wanted to thank you for the
opportunity to work with you. You
have been so pleasant and helpful; I
greatly appreciate your attention to
detail, even down to working with the
entertainment. I also wanted to
thank your staff for the awesome evening
you provided for my team.
I heard repeatedly that the food was to
die for. One person, who has been
to our annual holiday party for the last
10 years, told me this was by far the
best food she's ever had at these
parties. I was also told many
times how impressive the service was.
I heard "5 stars" used more than once to
describe the top-notch service my folks
received. I have to tell you that
this is a first for us. We have
had many events and parties all over
town and I always hear that the service
was average, or hit-and-miss. My
group is highly discriminating, so their
enthusiastic appreciation of your staff
is not the norm. I am so
impressed! - Chris, 2010 company

I have never had a bride speak so highly
of her reception site coordinator, and
reception site in general. I was
compelled to write and say, WOW, very
impressed. My mother is a caterer
and being a photographer for over 8
years, I have grown up doing weddings,
and I very much appreciated the
professionalism of how your staff
performed and your site in general.
Bravo to the staff and how you guys do
set up, include linens, and just do so
much to leave nothing but have fun for
the bridal couple and family. -

“Eighteen One (the restaurant at Eagle
Hills Golf Course) offers dishes with
both flavor and flair” – Guy Hand, 2010

The term "golf course
restaurant" doesn't usually conjure
images of fine dining--it's more like
fried food, bags of chips and beer in a
place with industrial carpeting that can
withstand golf spikes.
But
there are exceptions--places
non-golfers would gladly head to the
clubhouse for. Firmly on that list is
Eighteen One
at Eagle Hills Golf Course.
What once was uninspiring but functional
space has become a surprising hideaway
of casual fine dining boasting a
seasonally rotating menu of artistic,
yet familiar dishes. -

Eighteen 1 hit every
aspect of Eagle Eats five start rating

thing that disappoints me is that I only
